All Sales are Final
All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges, except as outlined in this policy. Each item is inspected by Our refreshment team and shipped by Us to You. While there may be slight cosmetic imperfections present, all products have passed inspection and are in complete working order.

Conditions for Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You contact us to initiate a Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days of receiving your item(s), by emailing: customerservice@35dollarlaptops.com. Items sent back to us without acquiring a RA will not be accepted.
- Your returned items are in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Items on sale, clearance or purchased with a discount code/coupon.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Unless otherwise indicated in your RA, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please follow the directions in the RA email to return your items.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
